Bibs & booties: An apple a day

Handmade bibs & booties

Im on day 7 house bound with a sweet (well mostly sweet but very grumpy) flu-ridden toddler. So to curb the cabin fever a few days ago, I thought I would sneak in some sewing & make some bibs & booties out of this sweet apple fabric.

Im loving how easy these bibs were to make. Plus they are practical, you can never get enough with a messy eater. I choose this soft corduroy fabric as I wanted fabric which seemed a bit more sturdy.

And you cant go past booties. Teeny tiny feet dolled up in teeny tiny booties. And when those teeny tiny feet outgrow them then they are perfect for dolls/toys feet. Time to wrap these up to be gifted to bub Madeleine.

You know what they say “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. So this mama will be serving Kobe apple everything to get him well again:)

Happy sewing!
